Equipped with a diverse range of expertise, I hold certifications in Personal Training (ACE), Group Fitness Instructor (ACE), PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach, and 200HR Yoga Teacher. Over the past several years, I have honed my skills and acquired invaluable experience working with women of various backgrounds and fitness levels.
